Grace City Leadership
Grace City believes in the shared leadership of the local church. While Christ is the head of the church, He entrusts men and women to care for the church and provide leadership to fulfill its mission. The plurality of leadership helps our church to practice wisdom and humility while following Christ’s direction for His church.
Our elder team provides the long-term vision for our church and protects its mission and direction. Our staff leads the day to day ministries of the church.

Nathan Bryant - Lead Pastor
Nathan joined the Grace City team as our lead pastor an elder in 2022. He is married to Christina and has two kids. Nathan loves Texas Tech, Whataburger, and Pearl Jam, in no particular order.

Matt Briggs - Executive Pastor of Ministry
Matt joined the Grace City team in 2017. He serves as our Executive Pastor of Ministry and has previously served as an elder. Matt is married to Marleigh and they have two sons. He is decidedly indoorsy and would much rather listen to a record than take a hike.

Evan Bergeron - Worship Minister
Evan joined the Grace City team as an intern in 2019 and began serving full-time in 2022. He has an impressive running shoe collection and actually uses them to post some impressive times.

Alexxa Haggerty - Children's Minister
Alexxa joined the team in 2023. Target, Diet Dr. Pepper and avocados are some of her favorite things and she will never say no to Mexican food.

Dr. Christopher Weeks - College Pastor
Christopher has been a part of the team at Grace City since the very beginning. He serves as our College Pastor in addition to his full-time job teaching in the Biology Department at Mississippi College, and hIs previously served as an elder. In his limited spare time you can find him reading, watching Mega Projects, or ironing one of his many button-up shirts.

Kincaid Ryan - Student Minister
Kincaid joined the Grace City team in 2022. He and Macy serve the 6th-12th grade students and their parents. Kincaid loves to cook his world famous gumbo and talk about the New Orleans Pelicans, preferably at the same time.

Macy Rider - Student Minister
Macy officially joined the Grace City team in 2022 after being an intern for the previous three years. She and Kincaid Ryan serve the 6th-12th grade students and their parents. Macy is married to Zach. They have one son and a backyard full of chickens.

Jessie Childs - Next Steps and Assimilation Minister
Jessie joined the Grace City team in 2022. She serves our families at Grace City in figuring out what their next step is in their faith—whether it’s joining the church or being connected in places for discipleship, she’s here to help. In her spare time you can find her reading a pile of books, writing, or listening to music while she dances in her kitchen.

Michael Albritton
Michael returned to the elder team in 2024. He is married to Anne and they have three children. Michael is an Engineer at ASSET Engineering.

Dr. Lee Jones
Lee returned to the elder team in 2024. He is married to Caroline and has one daughter. Lee is a physician at a local eye care clinic.

Daniel Lang
Daniel began serving as an elder in 2023. He is married to Meredith and has three children. Daniel is the Director of Economic Development for the City of Flowood.

Scott Perdue
Scott began serving as an elder in 2024. He is married to Katie and they have four children. Scott is the operator of a local Chick-Fil-A franchise.

Neal Stephens
Neal returned to the elder team in 2024. He is married to Anna and they have two children. Neal is a transaction advisory director for HORNE Capital Strategies.

Neal Wise
Neal returned to the elder team in 2024. He is married to Marion and they have three children. Neal is the CFO & General Counsel at Atwood Fence Company, among other ventures.
